MUNE’s music reached blogs, playlists and bookers with Groover

Music has always been a form of breathing for me. As a child, I sang constantly. At 13, I dreamed of performing on stage with my best friend… until he passed away suddenly. That day, I promised never to abandon our shared dream.

Creating music gives meaning to my life. Inspiration comes from nature, love, and transformation. Often, melodies come to me in dreams — I wake up and record them immediately. For lyrics, it’s more like decoding a hidden message already embedded in the sound.

Somewhere between folk, indie pop, and the new French chanson. Think Agnes Obel, Tamino, Radiohead, or Pomme. My hope is that someone discovers my music during an emotional moment, and that it becomes a kind of sonic madeleine de Proust.

I needed a way to get my music out there without drowning in admin. Groover felt direct — a bridge between artists and the media, without barriers.

It saved me a huge amount of time. Dozens of playlists, blogs, and radio shows shared my music, and bookers even reached out to propose future gigs.

My first EP, Assis au bord du monde, was released on January 13, 2025. I composed, recorded, and mixed it in my tiny house, and it was mastered by Alex Gopher. I’m already performing it on stage in venues ranging from 50 to 450 people. The feedback from both the audience and industry professionals has deeply moved me and gives me a lot of strength for what’s next.

I also just released two live videos filmed in magical places: “Le réveil animal” (lost in lunar-like dunes) and “Après l’orage” (in a flooded zone).

Coming soon: concerts where I interact with a glowing moon that triggers my samples, more live videos… and a secret project: a series of short films where my music will play a narrative role. Stay tuned!

Surround yourself with people who believe in your project. Take your time — rushing won’t help. And most importantly: believe in yourself. If you don’t, it will show. That’s the hardest lesson I’ve had to learn, but it’s also the most important.
