Ballroom is a music and arts agency founded in 2022 by Céline Trouvé-Kick, former Head of Marketing & Direct to Fans at Because Music, Difymusic (the French Bandcamp), and Universal Music France. The agency offers consulting services (marketing strategy, communication, development, and A&R for artists and labels), stage coaching, career development coaching, and artist management for emerging talents. The first artist signed under Ballroom Agency, Loman, has made a serious mark in just three years: Finalist at Inouïs Printemps de Bourges Selected for Les Trans Musicales Discovered by Vitalic (renowned French producer and DJ), who signed him to his label and remixed his track "Start Again", which became a Radio France favorite and was praised by France TV, Libération, and Tsugi. The Ballroom roster continues to grow with emerging artists who share a passion for intense and powerful artistic worlds. What Ballroom offers: In-depth feedback on tracks, aligned with the realities of the music industry and the growth objectives of artists and bands. Release strategy development for singles and albums. Positioning analysis and artist development support. Networking assistance, helping artists connect with the right industry players (media/PR, photographers, stylists, labels, publishers, etc.). A well-structured review on the music and the project, which can even lead to a management proposal in case of a real "coup de coeur" My feedback is constructive and aligned with the demands of the music industry, which I know inside out, having worked for and with nearly all French and international labels (Because, Wagram, Capitol, Virgin, Decca, Polydor, Citizen, Parapente, Romance, Cercle, Island, Parlophone, Def Jam, Third Side, Pop Noire, Teenage Menopause, Citizen Records…), physical and digital distributors (IDOL, Believe, Alter K, Kuroneko, Bigwax), as well as many publishers.
