WBGU-FM 88.1; https://bgfalconmedia.com/ carries my World Music Show (Music from Everywhere but Here) and my Folk Music Show. Other WBGU DJs air Blues, Jazz, Indie Rock, Tejano, etc. My Folk Show also airs at later dates on KCIW (https://kciw.org/). I post playlists at www.facebook.com/people/WBGU-881FM/61559574338122/ Please note: I tend to shy away from piano-based folk music. I air tracks on the radio and report playlists to Folk DJ, NACC Radio Charts, and WBGU Facebook. With few exceptions, I do not play rock on my Folk Show, which is later rebroadcast on KCIW in Brookings, OR. For the World Music Show, with certain exceptions like reggae, I prefer not to play songs in English from places where English isn't native or official. So if you're in France, for example, please don't send a song in English unless 1) it's reggae or 2) if you are originally from a country like Nigeria, India, South Africa, Philippines, where English is commonly spoken but not the majority first language. Or, for example, please do not send me your music if you are an American hip-hop artist, but if you are a Nigerian or are from some other non-American anglophone country, then please do. And I share music with the DJ of "Musics of the World" at WXUT, 88.3 in Toledo, Ohio. Please note that after consideration, I have decided not to air music created using AI.
