Sound in Picture

Label

  • High answer rate

Sound in Picture is a a label and visual arts magazine that brings musicians and photographers together in collaboration and explores the synergy between both worlds. We release new music dressed in a series of photos so the musician gets not just one but a whole series of artworks that allow to expand on the story in fuller detail. As many labels do, we offer distribution to all DSPs (digital streaming platforms and stores including Spotify, Apple, Beatport, Juno, Tidal, Deezer, and many more), mastering services, interview published on our website and our physical photo book), sync pitching, playlist pitching, a whole series of artworks shot on the music and promotion on our social media channels Facebook & Instagram and YouTube - free of charge, based on percentage. You will always get a detailed feedback on your submission, however, the above mentioned activities don't always go as a full package and it purely depends on the submission we get - sometimes we can sign a track and do all of them, sometimes we can do just the promotional activity (meaning interview, track premiere, playlisting and/or sharing on our socials) or offer only distribution, even if we don't sign the track and it comes out as a self release or on another label. If the musician delivers an incredible piece we might consider doing a podcast with them (as we also have a podcast series dedicated on professionals from a variety of fields) or even bringing them over for a gig at our city.
