4. Collaborations with independent labels: Form partnerships with independent labels or music collectives to obtain exclusives or artist recommendations, and thus enrich the programming with new releases.
5. Promote local music: Dedicate specific time slots or days for the broadcast of local or national artists, thus promoting the local music scene and allowing listeners to discover talents from their region.
6. Special programming during events: During parties, festivals, or anniversaries, organize special sessions to highlight artists linked to these events, increasing their visibility while creating a suitable atmosphere.
7. Support new albums and singles: As soon as an artist releases a new album or single, broadcast their music more frequently in the days that follow, with special announcements to inform listeners of the latest releases.
8. Creation of “collaborative playlists” with listeners: Invite listeners to suggest their favorite artists and participate in the construction of playlists broadcast on the radio, encouraging interaction and the discovery of new talents suggested by the community.
9. Organize artistic "request" hours: Offer slots where listeners can request tracks from specific artists, creating an exchange around the public's tastes and diversifying the programming.
10. Include "To discover" segments: Integrate short segments between tracks, introducing a new artist or a track with some key information, to generate interest from listeners and encourage discovery.
11. Priority broadcast of exclusives: Offer artists to launch their new tracks in preview on MZ Radio, in exchange for priority broadcast, which allows you to offer unique content to listeners.
12. Cross-promotions with social networks: Accompany the broadcast of the tracks with posts on the station's social networks, mentioning the artists and creating engaging publications with excerpts or anecdotes about their works.
