La Formule Secrète is a YouTube channel dedicated to French-language rap. It was born out of a desire to share the enormous cultural heritage built up over the years by rappers, beatmakers, DJs, journalists, and activists since the mid-1980s. Our main programs: LA FORMULE SECRÈTE, the eponymous format, aims to convey the richness of certain discographies and major or underground works of French-language rap. Some of the founding episodes: Nessbeal, Kyo Itachi, Diam's, Kohndo, Asphalte Hurlante by La Caution, 3x plus efficace by 2 Bal 2 Neg' and Ceci n'est pas un disque by TTC. Shorter episodes are also dedicated to artists with more recent discographies, such as LK from Hotel Moscou, Fixpen Sill, Pumpkin & Vin's da Cuero, Deadi, and others. C'EST DU REKDI This LIVE show covers the latest news in independent rap, broadcast live on Twitch and then available as a best-of VOD on YouTube. It is primarily intended to share musical favorites from recent artists who receive too little media coverage in the mainstream. LA RÉUNION SECRÈTE is a studio show featuring debates and freestyles bringing together INDEPENDENT artists: established artists but above all emerging talents. The channel also produces documentaries and reports.
