I have extensive experience with music for sync licensing, and can offer constructive criticism as to what does or doesn't work in this space. Most things don't work for sync, so please take any criticisms specific to sync with a grain of salt. It's a very competitive field with super high standards. If your music isn't a good fit for sync that doesn't mean it's not good! If you're specifically looking for sync representation and your music is "one stop" (meaning you control 100% of your publishing and master rights), I would strongly suggest mentioning that in your submission. Lyrics are also helpful just to give me a better idea of what the song is about at a glance while listening.
