My name is Pil, I’m a Label Manager at Believe, with one foot in Paris and the other in Brazil, where I’ve lived and worked. I’m active in music distribution, artist management, and digital strategy, with a hands-on approach focused on the real dynamics of the market. My goal: to help artists structure their releases, understand the logic of streaming platforms, and grow their audience and projects organically.
