Hello! My name is Zach, and I'm currently curating for a spotify playlist called The Underground Weirdo Punk Renaissance. The playlist focuses on quirky, energetic takes on post-punk, including a lot of eggpunk, crank wave, and stuff that takes influence from the no-wave movement. The playlist currently has over 4,000 saves and drives a song in position 10 about 280 streams per month. I tend to add songs in the top 30 positions, and keep tracks rotating out fairly regularly (1-2 months usually, with some exceptions). Slower, new-wavey or dark-wavey tracks are often not a fit. Nor are more mainstream punk or pop-punk sounds.
