We are a band who curate playlists which represent who we are and what we sound like, and we love including other artists who are in similar spheres. If we feel a song fits with the style, sound, vibe, we will place the song within the top 23 of the playlist and it will stay for at least a month. We make music in alternative pop, indie, synth pop, synthwave, post punk, new wave, and similar genres. We love a retro influence, creative, interesting production and/or great melodies, great rhythms, and personality in your music. All of this kind of sound is represented in our INDIE ALT POP playlist (9470+ followers). No rules, just alt pop, indie, often a bit retro, not always. We particularly love personality and independence, but as we said, everyone is welcome to apply for this. We are also women. We didn't see many women producers, guitarists, drummers, instrumentalists, etc when we were young. We made a playlist to highlight women. It's called WOMEN OF SYNTH POP (23,250+ followers). Please let us know in your pitch if you are (or anyone in your act is) female-identifying and that you might be a fit for this playlist. We are also LGBTQ+. We love to hear about other artists so we particularly like when you include a bio / about section.
