Since 2019, I've been working as an Artist Manager for artists and talents such as Spampy, Stefano Marando, Tio, DIDI, and CHOLO. My on-the-job training with artists' managers like Corona, Shade, and Gaia Bianchi has allowed me to develop unique skills in the industry. Co-founder of Nova Music, a professional recording studio and a point of reference in Abruzzo. I've combined my experience as a DJ/Producer since 2015 with artist management, offering a comprehensive view of the musical journey. In 2022, I found a girl on YouTube (DIDI) and within a very short time, from my bedroom, I managed to get her to participate in the TV show X-Factor, coming within a whisker of the semifinals. My scouting activity continued with a new artist, Spampy, taking him from around 10,000 followers on Instagram to over 30,000, building an organic fanbase through reels and TikToks tailored for his character. In 2025, we participated in the series "Nuova Scena" airing on Netflix. In 2024, we created the world's most viral mashup and sound on TikTok with Tio (Me Gustas Tu x Missili), and were invited directly to Manu Chao in Paris. The skills I've developed over the years focus primarily on teamwork, artistic management of various projects in different musical genres, contractual protection of artists, and problem-solving, both on and off-budget. Building a solid fanbase is essential to me, paying close attention to managing audience relations and developing targeted communication and social media strategies. It's important to have a clear and precise musical, visual, and personality profile to be immediately recognizable. I can help artists develop and highlight their unique talents, which many are unaware of, and how to showcase them, with the goal of building a long and lasting career.
