Across multiple genres, with a career spanning more than two decades, Jeff Baker has taken his place as one of the most significant voices in contemporary music. From indie pop, to jazz, to heart-wrenching originals, his full discography as an artist, producer, and songwriter showcases a one-of-a-kind talent, moving the music forward with every endeavor. Jeff has toured throughout the U.S., and Internationally in Europe and Africa. His five critically acclaimed solo releases on the Origin/OA2 Records imprint have charted on the ‘Jazzweek’ International Radio Chart, have been played on over 200 stations internationally, were Top 5 on NPR’s nationally syndicated “Jazz Works” radio program, and were #1 on stations in Chicago, Boston, Atlanta, Portland, Buffalo, St. Louis, Cape Town, SA and New Zealand. Baker is a sought after Producer, Mentor, Collaborator, and Judge, adjudicating numerous international competitions, and working with some of the best emerging artists in the country through his Indie Record Label the Next Music Company. Baker has served as a GRAMMY U Industry Mentor since 2022 and Next Records was one of the first independent labels in the world to release music mixed in Dolby Atmos. Along with Producing over a dozen recording projects, Baker is also the Co-Creator/Producer of the episodic series Story+Sound, and the creator of a Music Docuseries slated to debut on a major streaming platform in 2024. Artists Produced and mentored by Jeff have generated more than 2 million streams across multiple platforms, have charted Top 15 on radio AirPlay charts, we’re number #1 on Amazons Top 100 New Releases, have performed at festivals and venues around the globe, have been finalists on NBC’s Americas Got Talent and one GRAMMY Nomination to date.
