Bio and how they support artists

A music professional with over 20 years of experience, I bring a cross-disciplinary approach to artist development, with a strong focus on creative direction as the core of a global strategy. I’m also well-versed in the various aspects of the industry, including publishing, production (both studio and live), promotion, marketing, and more. After starting out in the live scene (festival programming and booking), I held various positions within record labels: marketing and promo at Beggars France, promo manager at Virgin Records, then A&R at EMI Music France and Strictly Confidential. I later launched and ran a label for the LNEI group (Les Inrocks, Nova, Rock en Seine). In parallel, I’ve managed the careers of artists such as Feu! Chatterton, Mina Tindle, and Robin Leduc. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with artists such as Daft Punk, Barbara Carlotti, Ben Harper, Cléa Vincent, Benjamin Biolay, Vitalic, The White Stripes, Elodie Frégé, Adele, Iggy Pop, among others. Since 2019, I’ve been co-running D&A, a structure dedicated to supporting both emerging and established artists (Ariel Tintar, Sarah Maison, Hindi Zahra...) and collaborating with various players in the industry (Azimuth, AEG, etc.). Curious, attentive, and proactive, I’m passionate about discovering new talent, fostering artistic connections, and building long-term creative journeys. On Groover, I’m looking to connect with sincere and ambitious projects, and, when it clicks, support their development with care and commitment.
