Background Animal's mission is to bring good music to the foreground. We primarily focus on promoting emerging independent artists via our articles and playlists. Our Introducing series helps match artists with their potential fans, our interviews are tailored to each individual project, and our reviews are honest. We have a variety of playlists in different genres where we include all artists that we promote via the website. If we love your music we will write a feature, do an interview, or write a review! Every feature, interview or review will include a spot on one of our playlists and a social media post.
