Bio

Brigitte Blanchard is a versatile audio engineer with a background in classical violin. Growing up overseas in Belgium and being immersed in the public music school system there gave her a unique musical perspective. While attending university for classical violin, Brigitte discovered and became captivated with the songwriting, recording and mixing process. She is passionate about encouraging more diversity in the audio field. Credit highlights include Laufey, Nina Nesbitt, and Kirnbauer. Brigitte is currently in Los Angeles working in songwriting and recording studios. She has been in sessions with some of the most successful songwriters and artists in the world. I can provide in-depth and detailed feedback tailored to the specific needs of the project. This includes technical aspects such as sound quality, mix suggestions (levels, effects, EQ, panning,...), and overall production value, as well as creative elements like songwriting advice (song structure, melody, harmony,...), emotional impact, and genre analysis. Additionally, I can offer constructive suggestions for improvement while considering industry best practices.
