🇧🇷 Lúcio Ribeiro é jornalista musical desde os anos 90. Foi editor do caderno cultural Ilustrada, da Folha de S.Paulo, por 10 anos, além de ter sido colunista da revista Bizz. É criador e editor-chefe do site Popload, principal canal de música nova no Brasil, que também é um selo de shows e um festival anual, o Popload Festival, já com dez edições e planos de expansão para outros países em 2024. O festival já trouxe para o Brasil nomes como Lorde, Tame Impala, Phoenix, Metronomy, Patti Smith, MGMT, Pixies, Blondie and many more! Além disso, é sócio-fundador de duas casas de shows em São Paulo, o Cine Joia e o Bar Alto. Trabalha na equipe da área artística da Time For Fun, empresa de entretenimento que organiza festivais como o Primavera Sound São Paulo, o Turá, o Grls! e o próprio Popload Festival. Atua regularmente como DJ e é atualmente curador musical da edição brasileira da importante revista francesa "Numéro". 🇺🇸 Lúcio Ribeiro has been a music journalist since the 90s. He was editor of the cultural notebook Ilustrada, from Folha de S.Paulo, for 10 years, and was also a columnist for Bizz magazine. He is the creator and editor-in-chief of the Popload website, the main new music channel in Brazil, which is also a concert label and an annual festival, the Popload Festival, with ten editions already and plans to expand to other countries in 2024. The festival has brought to Brazil names like Lorde, Tame Impala, Phoenix, Metronomy, Patti Smith, MGMT, Pixies, Blondie, and many others. Besides that, he is a founding partner of two concert halls in São Paulo, Cine Joia and Bar Alto. He works at Time For Fun, an entertainment company that organizes festivals such as Primavera Sound São Paulo, Turá, Grls!, and Popload Festival.
