Bio

Outdom is a record label & collective based in Paris, founded by 2 DJs and Producers : Latent and Retrolog. Outdom is the association of the prefix "out" and the suffix "dom", meaning "out of the box". The label's signature sound can be defined by it's retro-futuristic and rave aesthetic. Inspired by 90s and early 2000s electro-house, tech-house and breaks sound, creating an hybrid style with funky and gritty electro basses, robotic vocoders, spooky or cosmic synths, vinyl samples and broken driving grooves. In a dancefloor oriented style, aiming at pleasing the crowd, as they use to do in there usual parties thrown in Paris. Launching several events in iconic venues in the capital, as the Cabaret Sauvage, Rex Club, La Java, Petit Bain, Péniche Cinéma, Nouveau Casino and Rotonde Stalingrad side by side with some of their favorite artists : Alien Communications, Charonne, Dawidu, Ethel, Idris Bena, Melody, Solal Reyes, Sunaas, The Ghost, Youandewan and Z@P. Our values, based on inclusivity, authenticity and community, can be represented by our eclectic releases, bookings and events. Deeply rooted by the love of vinyl digging and creating our own take on our old school musical references.
