🏙️ Apply to the Electric Soul Songwriting Camp, a collaborative opportunity for singers, songwriters, instrumentalists, producers, and engineers based in NYC and the tri-state area. 🎶 The Electric Soul Songwriting Camp is a 2-day immersive experience hosted by Return Records, the “Motown” of the Digital Era” that is distributed with The Orchard/Sony Music. 🎙️Taking place at Echoland Studios and Sound Studios inside Manhattan’s legendary Music Building, this camp convenes 30 of NYC’s most promising talents for songwriting, production, and live performance opportunities. 📝 Each participant will respond to a 2–3 minute songwriting prompt (genre, mood, energy, key) and collaborate in three guided teams led by expert facilitators. 👥 Enjoy an engaging panel discussion with key industry leaders on key topics like Immersive Performance, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Rights Management, and Brand Marketing. 🌟 The camp will conclude with a showcase at Bowery Electric, a notable NYC venue, where selected participants will debut their songs, partake in a Q&A about their process, and enjoy brand activations and live DJ sets. 🎧 Organized by Return Records in partnership with The Orchard, Make Music New York and Groover, the camp is led by Anthony Garcia, Jonathan Sherman, and Rhyuhn Green.
