• All music genres and nationalities are welcome. • Open to artists based in neighbouring countries who can travel to Hong Kong for the event (travel, accommodation, and performance visa costs are not covered). • Songs may be in any native language, provided the artist can communicate reasonably well in English about their song’s content and interact with the audience. • Political songs will not be considered.
Harmonogram
• Applications are open from 3 September to 5 November 2025. • Selected artist(s) will be contacted by email at the end of November 2025. • The Winter Festival will take place on 23 & 24 January 2026.
