Applications open from Thursday, October 12 , 2023 to Tuesday, October 31st, 2023. 1 selected artist will play at the NYC venue “Rockwood Music Hall" on November 12, 2023. 1 selected artist will play at the LA venue “Adults Only” on November 15, 2023
