Main programmer and responsible for the performances in the Kinky Star music center. Kinky Star is a youth and music center that focuses on alternative genres and young debuting artists. We are a meeting place for music lovers, musicians and artists of all kinds. Kinky Star is non-commercial. We strongly believe in the importance of DIY and artistic independence and are a springboard for emerging musicians. Compiler and producer of the weekly Kinky Star Radio shows on urgent.fm. Focus on new and untapped talent. Rock, noise rock, experimental, world, electronica, new wave, psychedelic and so much more in all its possible mutations! A&R and executive at the Ghent record label Wagonmaniac Music. Focus on idiosyncratic talent without style restrictions. Listening to pieces of music based on feeling and giving my honest (constructive) opinion and focus. We strongly believe in the importance of DIY and artistic independence and are a springboard for emerging musicians. If the track/music appeals to an edgy feeling, the music can be featured in the weekly radio show on urgent.fm. For this we are selective and sincere with a big heart for music and artists. Touring international bands (or even Belgian bands) can be booked if the music center's agenda allows it. Here too, sincere and deep selection. The same philosophy applies to the record label Wagonmaniac Music, mainly Belgian bands are sought for digital releases.
