My name is Pil, I’m a Label Manager at Believe, with one foot in Paris and the other in Brazil, where I’ve lived and worked. I’m active in music distribution, artist management, and digital strategy, with a hands-on approach focused on the real dynamics of the market. My goal: to help artists structure their releases, understand the logic of streaming platforms, and grow their audience and projects organically. On Groover, I’m looking for authentic, well-produced projects, driven by a strong and consistent artistic identity. I’m particularly interested in electronic music, alternative pop, hip-hop, and hybrid sounds that tell a genuine story. I can offer: Detailed feedback on your tracks, release strategy, and artistic positioning; Concrete advice on distribution and trade marketing (DSPs, playlists, release timing); Guidance on social media strategy: building a coherent digital ecosystem and developing an organic content approach (storytelling, community, audience growth). A bit about my background: Over 70 labels supported at Believe, Artistic direction and artist management experience in France and Brazil, Co-founder of Sombra, an event series in Paris dedicated to showcasing contemporary Brazilian electronic DJs — a vibrant scene deeply rooted in local funk culture, evolving through regional styles and infused with Latin American rave and electronic sounds, Education in Music Business (EMIC) and Digital Marketing (IESEG / USP São Paulo). I’m not looking for any specific genre, but I tend to avoid projects that are overly formatted or unfinished. I love independent, curious, and committed artists who know where they want to go. Send me your gems! 😉
