A&R Manager, Believe Music (Artist Services), India Shimantini has been working in the music industry for more than 9 years. Started her career in an artist management agency and managed a Bollywood musician (Benny Dayal) and an indie funk band (Funktuation). Her journey in the industry led her to music distribution, and she currently holds the role of an A&R (Artist & Repertoire) professional at Believe Artist Services. In her current position, she excels at conceptualizing and executing release campaigns for a wide range of artists, including hip-hop talents, singer-songwriters, and diverse pop artists. Her passion for music propels her to continuously seek emerging talents and curate a diverse and dynamic roster for the music industry.
