Ingrid Stroom is a seasoned professional in the live music industry, with almost 20 years of diverse experience. Known for her advocacy of equality and better working conditions in the live sector, she actively contributes to the industry's growth by mentoring and teaching newcomers aspiring to work behind the scenes. In her own career, she has led the local production of their Finnish concerts for renowned artists such as Backstreet Boys, Jean-Michel Jarre, Queen+Adam Lambert and many others. Additionally, she has worked with festivals like Blockfest, Flow Festival, Tuska, and WKND Festival. More recently Ingrid has been touring internationally with artists like Alicia Keys and Manowar. She works mainly through her own company Thrust Productions as a consultant and touring professional. Beyond her practical experiences, Ingrid holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music and Media Management and a Master’s degree in Sport Business Management. Her journey encapsulates a harmonious blend of passion, advocacy, and a wealth of experience in the vibrant world of live music. I can provide artists with feedback, offer mentoring and coaching depending on the need of the artists. Also helping to build strategies and give pointers on how to proceed.
