Currently, as the Artist Development Manager at SofarSounds, Esther oversees the talent booking and artist quality control for over 100 concerts each month throughout Central North America. She specializes in key markets including Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Wisconsin, and Toronto, ON, ensuring that the highest standards of excellence are maintained in every performance.
