Rework Legends, was created ​by Circulate Music, in association with the ​ MUSICOM legacy catalog, ​and the estate of the late, Xavier Quijas Yxayotl, ​to provide easy clearance ​licensing options for artists, ​DJs, and producers who receive fair splits and even publishing rights. Some of the legacy artists are Celia Cruz, Tito Puente, Gregory Isaacs, The Mighty Diamonds The Skatalites, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Lee 'Scratch' Perry, Sly & Robbie, Ravi Shankar, any many others.
