Kayla Barron is an accomplished Artist Manager and the Founder of MUSEMNDMGMT, a creative music management agency dedicated to the development and success of independent artists. With over 10 years of experience in the music industry, Kayla has carved out a reputation for her expertise in artist development, music management, social media growth, and digital marketing. Her work includes supporting the rollout of Shaka D Cakes’ fourth studio album and assisting with a successful 2022 tour alongside Shaka D Cakes. Kayla also helps independent/emerging artists land coverage in top music media outlets, secured placements on Spotify and independent playlists, and coordinated a summer tour series in Honolulu, Hawaii with Citrus College from 2016 to 2018. Kayla currently manages talent such as: Shaka D. Cakes, Sunstoney, Keia, and Young(In). All different but unique emerging artist from all over the country. Currently, I am not looking for new talent but offer unique management services for independent/emerging artists such as project management, artist development, digital marketing, and fan engagement strategy. What sets Kayla apart is her unwavering passion, adaptability, and tireless work ethic. A self-proclaimed forever learner, she believes in leading with integrity, kindness, and a commitment to continuous growth.
