Barak Haimovitch has been broadcasting Lighthouse on the radio since 2004. The show was born on the beloved college radio station Kol HaKampus and since then migrated to IDC Radio (currently Audioversity) and KZRadio. Over the years the show has been shining a light on multiple musical genres, from psychedelic rock obscurities, spiritual jazz, folk, experimental music and much more. From time to time the show welcomes guests in the studio to discuss and perform their music and creation. Over the years Barak has interviewed many international and local Israeli artists including John Cale, Ursula Rucker, Daevid Allen, Steven Wilson, Hugh Hopper and more. Barak has been involved in the Israeli radio as the digital director on GLZ Radio and as an advisor for various digital audio and radio ventures.
