Flavio de Abreu holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from FGV (São Paulo, Brazil) and a Master's degree from Sciences Po Paris. Flavio has worked for several multinational companies across various sectors and has carried out projects in more than 15 countries in Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and South America. Since 2006, Flavio has been back in his native Brazil, leading Scubidu Music, a music agency specializing in international tours, records, and artist management. Currently managing the career of Brazilian legend Hermeto Pascoal, Flavio has also been responsible for the programming and production of the Virada Cultural Paulista Festival in 2015 and over 100 international tours in the past 20 years. Since 2023, Flavio has been the President of BM&A, the Brazilian Music Export Office.
