Wanted Management

Manager · Australia

Originally from Los Angeles, Gregg Bell spent 21 years working in the music and entertainment industry before moving to Australia in 2012. Prior postings include Hollywood Records, Warner Music-Discovery Records, Sire Records and Restless Records; working in the areas of A&R, marketing, product management and radio promotion. In 2001 Bell formed Wanted Management, a boutique management company, whose clients included pop artist Katrina Carlson, Memphis vocalist Susan Marshall, Chicago artist Michael McDermott and LA singer-songwriter Manda Mosher among others. Bell and Katrina Carlson spent 11 years together, releasing 3 albums and an EP; charting 7 hit singles at AC radio - including a Top 5 cover of the Cars' "Drive" and a #1 duet with Howard Jones on a cover of "No One Is To Blame." Bell worked with Goo Goo Doll Robby Takac on the launch of Good Charamel Records; including the "Music Is Hope," compilation benefiting Autism research and featuring music from Ani DiFranco and the Goo Goo Dolls. In addition to contributing A&R support for David Lynch's "Download For Good" campaign, Bell also provided A&R for the Red Parlor Records release of Ezra Furman and the Harpoons' "Mysterious Power" album and was lead A&R for the Everychild 10th Anniversary CD featuring Randy Newman, David Crosby & Graham Nash, Zooey Deschanel/She & Him, Shawn Colvin, Kenny Loggins and Lisa Loeb. In Australia, Gregg assisted with Gossling's campaign in the US, and re-launched Wanted Management to handle Perth rock band Legs Electric and Los Angeles roots/rock band Roses & Cigarettes and the band's guitar player Angela Petrilli. Current management clients include Jane Lee Hooker (NYC) and Echo Del Tusker (Melb).
