Born in August 1991 in Echirolles (Isère), New's FM is today ranked 2nd local radio (excluding national networks) in the Grenoble area. Radio specialized in urban cultures (musically focused on R'nB, rap, groove, funk, reggae), New's FM broadcasts on 101.2 Mhz and covers the whole Grenoble area within a radius of 30 kilometers. As a non-profit association, independent of any political power, New's FM remains more than ever faithful to the editorial line of its beginnings: to be a media at the heart of the social fabric; to promote the best of the working class neighborhoods; to encourage young people's speech and initiatives; to open the airwaves to those who build the life of every day.
