Protomaterial Records is an independent record label founded in 2022 by musician and composer Joan Arnau Pàmies. All Protomaterial releases are envisioned and produced by Pàmies. Based in Spain, Protomaterial’s focus is not rooted in a particular type of music or genre. Instead, the label operates as a hub for artists whose work exists beyond current mainstream trends. Whether pop, electronica, jazz, or experimental, Protomaterial seeks to support artists who truly have an original voice. We are always looking for interesting artists to sign!
