Sofar Sounds es una comunidad internacional de amantes de la música presente en más de 300 ciudades del mundo. Organizamos conciertos secretos en lugares inesperados, que no se revelan a los asistentes hasta 36 horas antes del evento. En cada show hay 3 artistas diferentes que se revelarán al inicio del evento y los estilos musicales siempre son distintos entre sí. El público va a ciegas, se sientan en el suelo ya que no hay escenario y los aforos son reducidos para generar una atmósfera muy íntima. Esta edición en el 21 de Mayo con Groover se seleccionarán 3 artistas/bandas que se presentarán en una azotea de la emblemática Gran Vía, en una sesión de vermut al mediodía bajo el sol madrileño. --- Sofar Sounds is an international community of music lovers present in more than 300 cities around the world. They organize secret concerts in unexpected locations, which are not revealed to attendees until 36 hours before the event. Each show features three different artists who are revealed at the beginning of the event, and the musical styles are always different from each other. The audience goes in blind, sits on the floor since there is no stage, and the capacity is reduced to create a very intimate atmosphere. For this edition, on May 21st in partnership with Groover, we will select 3 artists/bands to perform on a rooftop on the emblematic Gran Vía, in a midday vermouth session under the Madrid sun.

- 20-25 minutos de actuación con canciones de su propia autoría. - Animamos a promocionar su participación en Sofar Sounds Madrid, solo que sin revelar la localización exacta del evento. - El formato del concierto es acústico: no habrá PA, micrófonos, ni técnico de sonido pero pueden venir con amplificación propia si es necesario para su formato. En caso de traer percusión ésta debe de ser muy reducida, cada artista deberá acudir con todos los instrumentos y backline propios. - Cualquiera que se pueda adaptar al formato acústico o semi-acústico. - El pago neto es de 90€ por banda, también pueden traer merchandising y los beneficios son 100% suyos. --- - 20-25 minutes performance with original songs. - We encourage the selected artists to promote their participation in Sofar Sounds Madrid without revealing the exact location of the event. - The concert format is acoustic: there will be no PA system, microphones, or sound technician but you can bring your own amplification if necessary for your format. In case of bringing percussion, it must be very limited, artists must come with all the instruments and backline they need. - All genres but it must adapt well to an acoustic or semi-acoustic format. - The net payment is 90€ per band, you can also bring merchandise, and the profits are 100% yours.
