Pawns or Kings is the curator for Spooky Banjo Time, the most followed independent dark country playlist on Spotify. He also curates playlists in the The Alt Country and Nu-Grunge genres. I don't care whether you have monthly listener or 1 million, the sound is most important. I prefer dark and eerie sounding music in the vein of Poor Man's Poison and the Dead South for Spooky Banjo Time. I do like rawness in an artist but I expect you to have professional level production in your songs. Submit to Spooky Banjo Time with dark and moody folk/country/bluegrass with a gritty feel. Submit to You Don't Hate Country with Alt Country, Indie Country, everything in country but pop country Submit to Best of Nu-Grunge with grunge, post-grunge, Grungegaze, Shoegaze, Alt Metal, and garage rock.
