Papaya Music is a brazilian label and a publishing company founded by composers and music producers Pe Lu (Restart, SELVA), Fred Vieira (KIll Your TV, SUBB) and Renato Frei (Bloco do Caos). It's worked with numerous artists from Brazil and from around the world and has millions of plays on all platforms in just over a year of existence.
Pe Lu
Composer, music producer, singer and multi-instrumentalist. He was part of the multi-award winning band Restart, selling over 500,000 records. He performed all over Brazil and established himself as a composer with hits such as “Levo Comigo”, “Recomeçar” and “Pra você lembrar”. With the band's break in 2015, he started to invest even more in music production and composition for other artists, working with Alok, Lourena, Tati Zaqui, Vintage Culture, Gaab, Clau, Luan and João Guilherme, among others, accumulating more than 300 millions of plays on digital platforms.
Renato Frei
Composer, singer, multi-instrumentalist, record producer, executive producer and lawyer. He has in his curriculum more than 100 million streams in compositions and productions and has worked alongside artists such as Gian Correa, Pedro Altério (5 a seco), Tati Zaqui, SELVA, Carol Biazin, Gaab, Jerry Smith, MC Menor, Ana Gabriela, João Guilherme, Kawe, Maneva, Planta e Raiz, Los Cafres and Larissa Manoela, among others.
Fred Vieira
DJ and music producer for 17 years, he has traveled the world with his electronic music projects and participated in productions that total more than 100 million streams. Mixing and mastering engineer, he has worked on projects involving names such as Skank, Jota Quest, Negra Li, Di Ferreiro, Manu Gavassi, Larissa Manoela and many others, mixing works that add up to 300 million streams in the last 3 years alone.
