I’m a passionate curator of dark and evocative soundscapes that blend American Folk & Blues, surf rock, and alternative country. My playlist, Folkabilly Road Trip, is dedicated to tracks with haunting melodies, venomous energy, and powerful storytelling. I focus on moody, gritty compositions that capture raw authenticity and resonate deeply with listeners. PLEASE NO AI PRODUCTIONS ! What I’m Looking For Genres: Folkabilly, Americana, Dark Surf Rock, Blues Rock, Alternative Country, and noir-inspired ballads. Moods & Characteristics: Cinematic, rebellious, bold, venomous, and heartfelt. I love tracks with a vintage, rootsy feel paired with modern production. Sounds I Love: Fingerpicked guitars, soulful vocals, stomp-and-clap rhythms, and atmospheric instrumentation. Storytelling-driven songs with dynamic shifts and emotional depth are my priority. Specific Restrictions Please don't send me additional tracks when already are playlisted within top 25, I will only add one Song per Artist at a time to the top 25. I’m not looking for overly polished pop or EDM. My focus is on organic, instrument-forward tracks. Tracks that feel generic or lack lyrical depth don’t align with my vision—I’m all about music with substance, NO AI Music. Why Choose Me I’ve built a growing audience of listeners who are passionate about emotionally charged, authentic music. My expertise in niche genres like folkabilly and alternative country sets me apart, offering artists a platform to connect with listeners who appreciate these distinctive styles. I’m excited to help champion the next wave of boundary-pushing artists in American Folk & Blues and beyond. Let’s ride! Playlist Placement: Tracks approved will be added to the playlist Folkabilly Road Trip on the Top 23 for at least one month. I can also help artists with mix-reviews, mixing, mastering, and graphic design. So I am also considering questions during this platform in that direction
