Bio and how they support artists

Horizons aims to promote emerging artists from the techno scene. They will be able to affirm their style or experiment with other facets of their musical universe. The idea being to encourage everyone to express themselves freely, take risks and surprise themselves. The project was founded by IONA, a Parisian DJ. She is also working for Electro News, a French media specialized in electronic music. Feedbacks on tracks, advices about communication, releases opportunities on Horizons if we like the music of the artist.
