Bio and how they support artists
I'm Flávia Ellen, singer, songwriter and cultural producer. Along with other women, I founded Sonora - Internacional Women Songwriters Festival, the largest festival of its kind in the world, present in 74 cities and 16 countries. I am also co-founder of Women Creating Collective, created in 2016 to promote women in music. We founded Sonora and currently hold Sonora in Belo Horizonte, in addition to soirees and other initiatives.
Obs.: Escrevi que sou booker, porque não tinha nada relacionado à curadoria, mas eu não vendo shows (ainda), apenas faço curadoria em eventos do meu coletivo e de parceiros) e faço produção de shows.

Tenho boa relação com o fundador do Savassi Festival (festival voltado para música instrumental e jazz em Belo Horizonte), do qual já fui curadora junto com o Coletivo.
Por isso, a ajuda que posso oferecer aos artistas é dar um feedback sincero sobre o trabalho dentro das minhas percepções sobre o mercado e, se você for uma mulher, incluí-la em nosso radar para futuras oportunidades em nossos projetos e conectá-la com outras "Sonoras" espalhadas pelo Brasil.
