For the melodic & ethnic/tribal house & techno lists I look for deep supportive baselines layered with energising, uplifting rather organic melodies. Exciting build ups and energising, melodic drops.. Not a fan of too much vocal as the preference lies on a more sound-immersive experience here. Vocals are preferred in the Indie / Singer/Songwriter playlists. Preferred themes for those lists: Travel, Earth & Nature, Introspective lyrics. Emotional depth is welcome ➢ with an encouraging vibe please - I like to feel a sense of ease/relief at some point during a song so not too heavy-hearted please. I have a relaxing playlist where I share gentle/soft melodic instrumentals. Mainly piano sounds.
