CL co-founded Digiwaxx Media in 1998. Digiwaxx is an independent marketing and promotions agency specializing in music, lifestyle, and the new urban culture. With music at the core of this culture, Digiwaxx is situated where things really happen now: at the intersection of recording studios, radio stations, DJ booths, concert venues and online sites where creative innovators, cultural influencers, entrepreneurs, and fans converge. Initially formed as a digital music distribution company offering exclusive digital content in the form of fixed streaming audio and video media, Digiwaxx has branched out to become an online and offline marketing and promotions company with a client roster to include Columbia Records, Nike, Microsoft, Monster Products, Puma, Adidas, Samsung, and other various entities.
Today CL focuses on marketing music and brands through various channels including DJ promotions, social media, lifestyle/events, radio, TV, partnerships and more. A.I. and Blockchain music continue to be a focus for he and his company and how it can empower music artists and labels.
