Founded by the Guatemalan Zaira Marleny and the Costa Rican Arturo S. Güell, the International Network of Artists Viva Primavera is a Central American agency, consulting, promoter, booker of artists and events, which seeks to connect different types of artistic projects with the rest of Latin America and other markets, in order to promote the circulation of artists and the generation of new audiences.
