Baker has served as a GRAMMY U Industry Mentor since 2022 and Next Records was one of the first independent labels in the world to release music mixed in Dolby Atmos. Along with Producing over a dozen recording projects, Baker is also the Co-Creator/Producer of the episodic series Story+Sound, and the creator of a Music Docuseries slated to debut on a major streaming platform in 2024. For over two decades I’ve been working exclusively with emerging artists on the development of their music, serving as a mentor for everything from songwriting, performance technique, individual artistic concept, personal branding to providing an introduction into the music industry and the business. Ive served as a GRAMMY U Mentor, and as a clinician for a number of international music competitions, and have experience in every aspect of the business. Artists that are a good fit are often signed to our label, Next Records and we are open to receiving and reviewing your demos, giving meaningful feedback, and helping in any way we can to get you to the next level as an artist.
