Luis Valencia has 6+ years of music business and artist management experience working for Fenway Recordings, Madison Square Garden Entertainment Group, Live Nation, and more. After graduating Harvard with a BA in Economics (2020), He went on to establish his own management company and become President and cofounder of Biscuit Head Collective- a NYC based collective of managers, producers, engineers, and artists aimed at elevating independent artistry. He has expansive knowledge of artist management combined with an unwavering commitment to developing independent artists. I can help artists with my knowledge of the music business specifically from the management, strategy, and A&R angle. I have helped build artists from scratch while also helping to manage global artists with billions of streams. I have experience in all facets of the industry from management to label services to partnerships and studio/recording experience, so I can confidently speak to the strategy of emerging artists while providing the perspective of established acts. As a musician, business owner, studio owner, and manager I can confidently help with suggestions on everything from collaborations, music notes and critique, release plans, and more.
