NXTMG is an artist management company that has a roster of 6 active artists. Through the company, we have worked with artists who have had songs that top the viral charts and go on national tours, as well as just seeing growth day over day from release one. NXTMG is also the sister company of DVLPMNT, a new investor-backed artist incubator, aiming to help artists gain leverage as they build the foundation for their careers. Our goal is to be a true stepping stone, allowing artists to access funding and resources without long licenses and the inability to take a career-changing deal if it comes to them. My goal on Groover is to find new artists and help provide feedback from my perspective as both an artist manager and new music start-up founder/A&R. I'm in this industry because I love music and love discovering new music. With my experience, I think I can offer helpful feedback to artists in, not only, the sonic space, but also branding and creative, helping them build a true foundation for their careers. Beyond feedback, I'm also open to introducing the artists on Groover to producers and writers in my network to help them improve their music (if that's what they're looking for). I am also open to bringing new artists onto NXT or signing artists to DVLPMNT. I want to meet new artists, provide insight on the industry, and help connect dots where it's helpful for them!
