When Lions Speak! is a new 30 min segment on The Black Power Hour radio show that airs weekly on Wednesdays at 9pm ET on CKDU 88.1 FM 🇨🇦 (Halifax's only campus-community radio station). The show has been running for about 10 years and I've just created this new segment that will launch Wednesday Dec 4th, 2024. Curated by Iz Jones, When Lions Speak! will showcase Reggae/ Dancehall, and Hip Hop from everywhere to the Canadian Campus Radio Landscape. WLS will also be launching 3 new playlists and a instagram page to showcase all the great artist that I find. 3 Reggae/ Dancehall and/or Hip Hop songs will be played on our Canadian campus radio show each week. In addition, songs I like will be added to our Instagram account and Spotify playlists weekly. WLS - REGGAE & WRLD VYBZ, WLS - Vybz, WLS - Hip Hop If your music is dope, I'm going to play it or add it to a playlist and post about it.
