I've worked as a DJ, Promoter, A&R, Radio Plugger, Radio Producer, Radio Presenter. I've organised a number of writing camps, marked artist funding applications and worked a lot through artist development I've been both a presenter and producer for BBC Radio 1 & BBC 1Xtra so I can give advice on making music suitable for radio or where and how they should target to promote their music (also show them djs etc for the scenes they're in) Run UK radio campaigns for artists such as Eric Bellinger (USA), Cherrie (Warner Sweden) and Amaal (Warner Canada) Regular panelist in a number of different industry conferences such as New Skool Rules in Rotterdam (Europe's biggest Hip-Hop/R&B Conference & Festival) My experience as an event organiser: I can give advice on how to get booked or where to target, and what organiser look for in artists I help artists refine their brand, target the right audiences, and pitch effectively to curators and promoters. I also offer feedback on song arrangement, flow, and how tracks will translate to live performance. My mentorship is honest but constructive. I highlight strengths while giving clear next steps to grow as an artist. Expect actionable advice, not just opinions. I believe talented artists often lack the insider knowledge to connect with the right audience. My goal is to bridge that gap and help artists move from hidden gems to recognized names.
