We accept music submissions for Retro Reverb Records (label) and for our radio show, The Bandcamp Hour. Retro Reverb Records is an independent label supporting synthwave, electro, retrowave and alternative electronic artists. We focus on artist development, releases and promotion, keeping a supportive, family-style approach to every project we work with. AI Usage Policy We originally encouraged honesty about AI, but we’ve received too many undeclared AI submissions. Our stance is now straightforward: We do not accept fully AI-generated tracks. If AI has been used partially or as a supporting tool, we may still consider your submission only if AI involvement is clearly declared. We use AI detection. Undeclared AI use will result in an automatic refusal. We welcome AI as a creative tool when used ethically and transparently—but human creativity and authenticity always come first. Bandcamp Link Required Because our radio show centres around Bandcamp releases, we strongly prioritise artists who send Bandcamp links at submission stage. 👉 Submissions without a Bandcamp link are significantly less likely to be accepted. Why Bandcamp matters: It’s the core of our community and of The Bandcamp Hour. It allows us to showcase and analyse your music properly. It supports artists more fairly than streaming platforms. Submissions for the Label & Radio Show We accept submissions for: 1. Retro Reverb Records (label signings & release projects) We are open to signed releases, collaborations and long-term development. We look for fresh sounds, strong identities and high-quality production. Unique concepts and well-polished work stand out. 2. The Bandcamp Hour Radio Show (airplay & features) To be considered, you must provide a Bandcamp (non-streaming) link. Genres accepted: Synthwave, Dreamwave, Retrowave, Darkwave, Electro, Alt-Electronic and adjacent styles. Interviews can also be requested and will be considered based on availability. We love discovering new talent and supporting the artists we believe in. If you’re creating something original and emotionally compelling, we want to hear it. Send your submissions with: • Bandcamp link (mandatory for radio play) • Brief intro + artwork (optional but recommended) • AI usage disclosure if applicable Looking forward to hearing what you’re creating.
