Harley is the organizer of @newnewfest , Dallas’ Music Discovery Event, which showcases 100+ artists from 10+ countries over two weeks in March surrounding Austin’ SXSW. The festival has become Dallas’ largest indie music event, and is a key opportunity for international and national touring acts to play another market while in Texas. The fest includes a one-day conference providing artist development and discussing important topics.
