Ella Suena is a social movement designed to contribute to the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 5: Gender Equality. It focuses on empowering and promoting female musicians. Currently, women represent less than 20% of the music industry workforce—and if we exclude singers, that number drops to below 10%. Ella Suena uses music as a tool for peaceful empowerment, showing girls and young women that their dreams shouldn’t be limited by gender, but driven by discipline, perseverance, and passion. The movement also promotes their music across Latin America and creates opportunities for collaboration and touring with independent artists.
