CONE Magazine is an independent media company focused on identifying, highlighting and promoting small and mid sized artists. We've been championing the underground for more than a decade, providing editorial coverage (interviews, features, reviews, etc) as well as event/release promotion services and physical media marketing & distribution (merch, vinyl, etc). In March 2024, after a nearly 4 year hiatus - we relaunched CONE Magazine to continue its mission of providing an independent platform for artists who do not receive mainstream recognition. We engage with our audience via social media (+2k followers and counting), through our website (+5k monthly viewers and counting) and through our weekly newsletter, THE DELIVERY (+8k subscribers). We're looking to partner with artists across nearly all genres to help drive visibility and audience connections. We have a staff of 3 professional music journalists as well as an editorial committee who review demo submissions and provide feedback and support to each artist. We look forward to continuing our support of independent and underrepresented musicians!
As mentioned in our bio, across our platforms we interact with +10k unique audience members, music enthusiasts, concert-goers, merch-buyers, record label employees, photographers, etc on a monthly basis. All demo submissions are reviewed by a member of our selection committee who provide feedback and for selected artists, an opportunity for promotion. Given we are a media company and not exclusively a music publication, we have the ability to provide editorial services (features, interviews, reviews, etc) as well as event promotion (album release events, tour opportunities, etc) as well as physical media distribution (merch, records, etc).
